4 Days Safari tour Uganda Gorilla trek in Bwindi Twice
Day 1 Kampala to Bwindi national park.
Leave Kampala with a lunch stop over on your way by road via Fort Portal-Mubende road, continues to the home of the mountain Gorillas (Bwindi) to reach the park in the evening. Dinner and overnight at Gorilla Resort/Buhoma Community Bandas.
Day 2: First Gorilla trek in bwindi plus a community.
Following early breakfast, leave for a small briefing by the game rangers at the park offices at Buhoma before you embark on the gorilla search. Gorilla Trekking in this forest involves walking up steep densely forested hills before finally coming across the gorillas camouflaged in the vegetation. After meeting the gorillas, you can get close up to their family in their natural habitat. A few meters from the family, you can sit amongst them; watch them go about in their daily life. Tracking in Bwindi requires stamina and can often take most of the day. After the gorilla tour you can go for a leisurely nature or community walk. Dinner and Overnight at Gorilla Resort / Buhoma Homestead (FB).
Day 3: Second uganda gorilla trek bwindi (trek gorillas twice)
Past breakfast, you will under go the same procedures as the previous day and there after, head to the forest to track another family of the Gorillas. After tracking you will rest a bit and later go for a forest walk in the forest in search for other forest habitants and see different luxuriant floras and fauna vegetation of the park. Dinner and overnight at your Lodge.
Day 4: Return Journey.
For change of scenery, start with the journey back via Mbarara with short stops for lunch, taking photos and souvenir shopping (Mbarara, Equator, and the drum village in Mpabire). Reach Kampala in the evening where the tour ends.
